Derailment fallout: Shenfield-Southend line disruption to run until at least 25 August

A train derailed between Wickford and Southend Victoria on Friday 14 August, closing the lines and triggering major disruption on Greater Anglia's route between London Liverpool Street and Southend Victoria / Braintree, as well as the Wickford-to-Southminster branch, according to [1].
