Radio Mason

Partnership Terms

Last updated: 10 September 2026
The short version: you back the station, we give you the exposure listed on your tier for as long as you're with us. You can stop any time and you'll never be tied in. We promise real exposure and a real link — we don't promise listener numbers or Google rankings, because nobody honest can. If we can't deliver something, we make it up to you or refund it. And we choose who we work with: paying doesn't complete a partnership until we've confirmed it, and if we ever say no, or change our minds later, your money comes back.

1.Who you're dealing with

Radio Mason is an internet radio station. Partnerships are arranged and billed by Nofooly Ltd ("we", "us"), registered in England and Wales at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, which handles the station's accounts and correspondence. Your agreement is with Nofooly Ltd.

These terms apply when you buy any partnership tier through radiomason.com. By checking out you accept them.

2.What you're buying

Each tier is a bundle of exposure, not a quantity of impressions or a number of listeners. What each tier includes is set out on the partner page and forms part of this agreement:

TierPriceWhat it includes
Friend of the Station£6/mo or £60/yrName and link on the Supporters page, occasional on-air thank-you, a badge for your own site
Local Backer£49/mo or £490/yr2–3 on-air mentions a day, logo and link on the Backers page, one social shout-out a month, listed as an official backer
Show Sponsor£99/mo or £990/yr"Brought to you by" on a named show, branded top-and-tail reads, logo and link on the show page, social promotion. One sponsor per show
Media Partnerfrom £249/moEverything in Show Sponsor plus a homepage feature, a labelled content tie-in, a social campaign and a quarterly review. Capped at 3–4 partners
One-off Spot Campaign£95/week3 spots a day for 7 days, one social post, a link on-site for that week

Prices exclude VAT. We are below the UK VAT registration threshold and do not charge VAT today. If that changes we will tell you before it affects you.

3.AI and human presenters

Radio Mason has both. Some of our presenters are AI, using licensed synthetic voices with their links written in character. Others are human, and more are joining as we bring people on. Our news bulletins are AI-assembled. We say openly which is which on How it's made, and we keep that page current as the line-up changes.

Your on-air mentions and sponsor reads may be voiced either way, depending on which shows they land in. If you specifically want a human presenter to voice your reads, say so before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether we can commit to it.

4.What we promise, and what we don't

We promise to broadcast and publish the exposure your tier describes, to give you a real, followable link, and to be straight with you about how the station is doing.

We do not promise any particular number of listeners, plays, clicks, enquiries, sales, search rankings or SEO benefit. We are a small station and we say so. Anyone promising you those things is guessing.

On-air mention frequencies are daily targets, measured as an average across a calendar month, not a guarantee for any individual day. Automated broadcasting occasionally drops a break.

5.If we don't deliver

If we materially miss what your tier promises in a given month — a run of missed mentions, a link that was down, a social post that never went out — tell us within 30 days of that month ending and you choose one of these:

We work the share out from what actually went to air and on-site that month, and we will show you the figures we used.

If the station is off air entirely for more than 72 continuous hours, that month is refunded pro rata without you having to ask.

6.Founding Partners

The first ten partners get a reduced founding rate, shown on the partner page for each tier. The founding rate is held for at least 12 months, and continues for as long as your partnership runs without a break — that is what "grandfathered" means here, and we intend it to be generous. If you cancel and come back later, you return at the rate current at that time.

Founding places are limited to ten in total across all tiers and are allocated in the order partnerships start.

7.Paying, renewing and stopping

Monthly and annual tiers are recurring subscriptions taken by card through Stripe. They renew automatically — monthly on the same date each month, annually on the same date each year — until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time and we will never ask you why. Your partnership then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and stops. We do not refund part-months or part-years on cancellation, except where section 5 or 8 applies.

The One-off Spot Campaign is a single payment for a single week and does not recur.

If a payment fails we will retry and let you know. If it is still unpaid after 14 days we may pause your exposure until it clears.

8.If you are an individual, not a business

The Friend of the Station tier is aimed at individuals and micro-supporters. If you are buying as a consumer rather than for a business, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of buying and get a full refund, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Just email us within those 14 days.

Because the exposure starts straight away, you are asking us to begin during that period — if you then cancel within the 14 days we may keep a proportionate amount for what has already been broadcast, and refund the rest.

9.Who we take money from, and our right to say no

Paying does not complete a partnership. The checkout takes your payment, but the partnership only begins once we have confirmed it. We aim to confirm within 3 working days. If we do not accept it, nothing goes to air and we refund you in full.

We may decline anyone, and we do not have to give a reason. In practice there are two sorts of reason.

The first is our ethical policy. We do not take money from gambling or betting, payday and high-cost lending, adult content, get-rich schemes, or anything predatory or misleading. More simply: if we would not recommend you to a friend, we will not take your money.

The second is anything that would compromise the station or the partners already backing it — for example a competing radio station or media outlet, a business in a dispute with us, or an association that would undermine our editorial independence or another partner's exclusivity.

We can also end a partnership that is already running, at any time and for any reason. If we do:

We start any refund under this section within 3 working days. How quickly it reaches you is down to your card provider, usually another 5 to 10 days. You keep your own right to stop at any time under section 7.

10.Your copy, and our editorial independence

You tell us what you want said and we will write it to sound like the station. Final wording, timing and placement are ours. We may decline copy that is inaccurate, unlawful, or that we simply would not say on air.

Sponsored content and partner features are always clearly labelled as such. Our news desk, The Paper, stays editorially independent: backing the station does not buy coverage, does not buy favourable coverage, and does not buy protection from unfavourable coverage. This is not negotiable at any tier.

11.What you're responsible for

You confirm that what you ask us to broadcast or publish is accurate and lawful, that you are entitled to make any claims in it, and that you own or are licensed to use any logo, name or artwork you give us. You agree to cover us against any claim arising from that not being true.

You give us permission to use your business name, logo and link to identify you as a partner, on air, on the site and on our social channels, while your partnership is running. You may use the "Friend of Radio Mason" or official backer badge on your own site while it is running, and should take it down when it ends.

12.Shows can change

If you sponsor a named show and that show ends, moves or is substantially reformatted, we will offer you an equivalent show. If nothing suitable exists, you may cancel and we refund the unused part of what you have paid.

13.Where the money goes

Radio Mason is a small independent station. Partnership income goes to the costs of running it — licensing, hosting, production and the people who keep it on air.

14.Your data

We handle your details as described in our privacy policy. In short: we keep what we need to bill you and talk to you, we never sell it, and you can ask to see or delete it. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

15.Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Otherwise, and because these are modest sums, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or lost goodwill.

16.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your partnership, and you can cancel before it takes effect if you would rather not accept it. Your price will not change during a period you have already paid for, and founding rates are protected by section 6.

17.Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If any part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.

18.Talking to us

Email [email protected] for anything at all, including cancelling, a make-good under section 5, or a complaint. Artists sending music should use [email protected]. Or write to Nofooly Ltd, 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA.

We answer complaints within five working days. If we have got something wrong we would much rather hear it from you than not.
